Elder LaNorris D. McFadden

Elder LaNorris D. McFadden was chosen to be an encourager to the kingdom of God at an early age. From birth, he was surrounded by a legacy of great preachers, gospel singers, and musicians and was destined to follow in their footsteps. He was blessed with the gift of music at the tender age of 6 and has been afforded the opportunity to serve many great churches with this gift. Elder McFadden was raised in the Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church, under the pastoral leadership of Elder Cornice Reid, and there begin to discover the unique calling and anointing that God had reserved for his life.

Elder McFadden has a unique and God-given ability to present ministry in a way that is both relevant to a young generation and reviving to a seasoned generation. His respect for the heritage of the church, grouped with his passion for modern innovation and his magnetic personality make him a balanced and effective voice that bridges generational gaps and builds unity in the faith.

Elder McFadden officially accepted the call to preach the gospel at age 20, while under the leadership of Pastor LaFawn Wilson. He was later ordained as an Elder in The Pentecostal COGIC, USA, Inc. on November 9, 2008, by Bishop Randy Hightower and Elder Eddie Evans, Jr. Then, in August 2012 Elder McFadden embraced a God-given assignment to plant the Victory City of Power Church in Palm Beach County, Florida, where he served as Lead Pastor for 5 years. As of October 2016, Elder McFadden proudly serves as Senior Pastor at the Shady Grove #1 Primitive Baptist Church in Tallahassee, FL.

Elder McFadden is a graduate of Palm Beach Lakes Community High School, attended Florida A&M University for Jazz Studies and The Palm Beach Atlantic University School of Ministry.

Elder McFadden is a notable songwriter, artist, and producer in the gospel music industry and has shared the gospel in song for many years. He is the founder of Conqueror’s Music Group which is a partner label with World Class Gospel Records/Universal. He is also the founder and director of Florida gospel sensation, LaNorris McFadden & P.R.O.O.F. with which he has released 4 projects. Elder McFadden is an affiliate of the Gospel Heritage Foundation, which is an international organization dedicated to the preservation of gospel music and also a member of the Gospel Music Workshop of America Announcer’s Guild.

Elder LaNorris is the proud husband of Lady Erika McFadden and the joyful father of seven amazingly gifted children.
