Revisiting the Vision; Embracing God's Provision

June 18th - June 22nd, 2018

REVISITING THE VISION

Vision Statement:

To build a Christ-centered community of believers focused on fulfilling the biblical mandate to Embrace God, Equip people and Empower the kingdom, all for the glory of God.

Focus Scripture! - Nehemiah 2:18 NKJV

Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king's words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work.

Citizens, it is now time to prepare to build the community. The next principle is to EMBRACE GOD's PROVISION! To embrace something is: to take or clasp in the arms; press to the bosom; hold it close. To take or receive gladly or eagerly; accept it willingly. To take in with the eye or the mind; see it.

~EMBRACE GOD'S PROVISION~

MONDAY:

IT'S THE LORD'S PROVISION

1 Chronicles 29:11-12 NLT

Yours, O Lord , is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord , and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things. Wealth and honor come from you alone, for you rule over everything. Power and might are in your hand, and at your discretion people are made great and given strength.

TUESDAY:

THE PROVISION IS SECURE

John 14:13-14 KJV

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

WEDNESDAY:

TRUST THE PROVISION

Psalm 27:13-14 MSG

I’m sure now I’ll see God’s goodness in the exuberant earth. Stay with God! Take heart. Don’t quit. I’ll say it again: Stay with God .

THURSDAY:

HE'S COMMITTED TO THE PROVISION

Matthew 7:7-8 KJV

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

FRIDAY:y

IT WAS ALWAYS HIS PROVISION

Jeremiah 29:11-13 NKJV

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord , thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
