This month we are exploring ways we can refresh relationships within the Church. How? By taking care of the BODY (Faculties), taking care to BUILD (Fortify) the Kingdom, taking care of the BUSINESS (Finances), and taking care of the BELIEVER (Faithful).
This week, let's explore we ways to take care of the BUSINESS (FINANCES) of the church. In order to do kingdom work, we have to prepare, plan, plant, & have patience while waiting on the provision!
Proverbs 24:27 NLT
Do your planning and prepare your fields before building your house.
Luke 14:28 NLT
“But don’t begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it?
2 Chronicles 31:6-7 NLT
6 The people who had moved to Judah from Israel, and the people of Judah themselves, brought in the tithes of their cattle, sheep, and goats and a tithe of the things that had been dedicated to the Lord their God, and they piled them up in great heaps. 7 They began piling them up in late spring, and the heaps continued to grow until early autumn.
Deuteronomy 28:12 NLT
The Lord will send rain at the proper time from his rich treasury in the heavens and will bless all the work you do. You will lend to many nations, but you will never need to borrow from them.
2 Corinthians 9:8-10 NLT
8 And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. 9 As the Scriptures say, “They share freely and give generously to the poor. Their good deeds will be remembered forever.” 10 For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.
